Your initial visit will include a comprehensive exam, full digital x-rays if indicated, TMJ evaluation, soft tissue evaluation, intra-oral photos of your teeth if needed, CariVu images if needed and an assessment of your periodontal or gum health. This allows us to efficiently and appropriately schedule any further visits including a cleaning if that is all that is indicated.
As with any medical service you seek out, you’ll be asked to fill out and submit paperwork with your sensitive information on it. We’ve made that paperwork available to you here. Please download and fill out all pertaining forms prior to your next scheduled appointments.
We have scheduled office hours Tuesday through Friday. We start a 7AM on Fridays and are open until 7PM on Wednesdays. We are also open every day over the traditional lunch hour from 12-1. We offer 24/7 emergency care for our existing patients and do our best to see patients with true dental emergencies same day.
From time to time you may request a release of your dental records because you’re changing your address or have had changes in your insurance coverage. Whatever the reason, we want to make sure that we’re handling and releasing your records within legal boundaries of HIPAA compliance. Click here to download the HIPPA Form.
